Do I qualify?

You may qualify for CCA Senior Care Options if all of these apply to you:

  • You’re age 65 or older and enrolled in Medicare. If you’re under 65, see if CCA One Care (HMO D-SNP) is right for you.
  • You’re eligible for MassHealth Standard.
  • You live in one of these counties: Bristol, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, or Worcester.
